1. General Provisions

All ok services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. If an underage person opens an account using false information, ok reserves the right to close that account and cancel all deposited funds.

Completing ok's KYC verification is mandatory before submitting a withdrawal request or after a specified transaction volume is reached. This process may require submitting a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Withdrawal requests may be delayed until verification is complete.

5. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

The payment methods currently accepted at ok are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Bank transfers can be made from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, or any other commercial bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

6. Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, on a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳2,000 bonus, the total balance becomes ৳3,000, and to withdraw the bonus, bets totalling ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 must be placed.

6.2 Weekly and Special Bonuses

ok currently has the following promotions active:

• ok Weekly Deposit Reward — 50% of deposit, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 18x, minimum deposit ৳200.
• ok Slot Festival Bonus — 30% of deposit, maximum ৳3,000, wagering 20x, slot games only.
• ok Cricket Deposit Delight — 25% of deposit, maximum ৳4,000, wagering 15x, every weekend.
• ok Birthday Special Gift — maximum ৳1,500, wagering 10x, subject to completed account verification.
• ok Refer a Friend Bonus — maximum ৳2,000, wagering 12x, for each successful referral.

6.3 General Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used to play games on the ok platform.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements have been met.
• ok reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If a user attempts to claim a bonus through fraudulent activity, the account will be closed.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Principles

All bets placed on ok are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless ok decides otherwise due to a technical error or other unforeseen circumstances.

7.2 Sports Betting

The odds set by ok apply to all sports bets. If a match is cancelled or postponed, ok's standard policy will apply to the relevant bet and the stake may be refunded. Real-time odds apply to live betting on cricket, football, and other sports.

9.2 Voluntary Closure by the User

If a user wishes to close their own account, they must contact ok's support centre. All pending withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

If no transactions occur over an extended period (generally more than 12 months), the account may be marked as inactive. In this case, ok will notify the user by email and give them the opportunity to take the necessary steps.
